Delivery time

It is our highest priority to deliver goods to customers as fast as we can, so if possible orders sent immediately.

Delivery time is maximum 10 working days except for non standard ring sizes (in which case please contact us to determine delivery time) or custom made jewellery (approx. 4 weeks).

If you select COURIER delivery time is reduced by the time it takes Post to deliver parcels. On average it is 2 - 3 days less. We use the services of the Polish Post Office and DPD courier, as they are the cheapest and most reliable form of delivery.

All shipments are insured, so the entire risk is on our side. If you wait too long for the package (if you have chosen POLISH POST), please visit your post office as postmen do not always leave notification.
